Hertz is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant in the United States. The role combines hourly pay with commissions and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through sales and financing, and supporting omni-channel sales and lot operations.

You will maintain CRM outputs, strive to meet monthly targets, and help ensure paperwork accuracy and NPS scores while representing Hertz brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Car Sales Experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Capable of delivering support and results
• Able to succeed in a global matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales & finance process and provides customer service.
• Achieves monthly sales targets and maintains CRM output.
• Supports lot operations and omni-channel sales activities.
• Executes the sales process and assists with paperwork and eligibility.
• Supports Finance & Insurance processes to improve PVR.
