Valley Imports is a fast-paced dealership focused on connecting customers with vehicles they love and building lasting relationships. As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you’ll blend product knowledge, energy, and hustle to close deals and create lifelong customers.

You’ll join a team that values communication, customer service, and a competitive spirit, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership.
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives.
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up.
• Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase.
• Engage in business development.
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
