Big Star Hyundai, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. You will guide customers through the car buying journey with enthusiasm and integrity, representing the dealership professionally.

The ideal candidate is 18+ years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and comfortable in a team setting. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with a drive for results and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
• Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
