Job summary

Mount St. Mary's University is seeking an Athletic Facilities & Event Manager to oversee game day operations and facility management.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute athletic events to deliver exceptional experiences for student-athletes, coaches, fans, officials, and visiting teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and prior athletics operations or event management experience, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 1 year of experience in athletics operations, event management or facility ops.
• Strong organizational, project management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead game day operations for athletic events from planning through post-event breakdown.
• Develop and implement event management plans, timelines and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and logistics with internal and external partners.
• Ensure facilities are safe and prepared for competitions and programs.
• Supervise ARCC facilities and assist with event logistics as needed.
