Ivy Kids - Silver Ranch is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

This role assists with implementing curriculum activities, supervising daily classroom routines, monitoring developmental progress, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive social and emotional growth through developmentally appropriate practices.

Qualifications

• The assistant teacher must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.
• Must maintain at least 24 hours of training each year.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with implementing curriculum activities and supervising daily classroom routines.
• Monitor developmental progress and maintain accurate records.
• Foster positive social and emotional growth using developmentally appropriate practices.
• Communicate daily with parents and maintain classroom bulletin boards.
