Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Flexible hours and ability to work in retail, convenience, or fast food stores.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, training and assistance to team members.
• Create a high energy, fun work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Perform cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy access by customers.
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning and restocking merchandise.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Authorize gas pump payments.
• Monitor customers to assist with loss prevention.
• Promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies.
