Job summary

Madison Apartment Group in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to oversee our newest development and drive the lease-up. You will be the first contact for prospective and current residents, managing rentals, move-ins, and resident relations with a focus on service and community engagement.

Responsibilities include leading tours, qualifying prospects, preparing leases, handling service requests, coordinating events, and reporting on leasing activity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of luxury Class A sales or lease up experience preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/Yardi preferred.
  • High School Diploma required; Real Estate License preferred.

  • Lead property tours, show vacant units, and market property amenities to close sales and maintain occupancy.
  • Handle all activities related to apartment rentals and move-ins, including qualifying prospects and preparing lease documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Assist in planning and participating in resident functions and community events.
  • Maintain knowledge of the market and generate prospect leads through advertising and follow-up.
  • Manage resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and manage rent collections and deposits.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting on marketing and leasing activities.
  • Inspect models, vacancies, and grounds for cleanliness and report needs.
  • Assist in managing site social media and accurate resident records.
  • Complete outreach marketing within assigned timeframes.
  • Complete lease applications, verify applications, and notify decisions.

Position: Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role will oversee our newest development and be responsible for executing the lease-up.
