Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in real estate, commercial preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets and other reports for senior management.
• Manage administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, rent payments, and vendor compliance.
