Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts seeks an Assistant Project Manager for a design-build firm delivering ground-up, large-scale commercial projects across the Miami area and beyond. The role may involve Fort Myers, FL or Macon, GA site assignments.

You'll support estimating through completion, manage schedules and costs, coordinate subs, review invoices, and communicate with clients and teams on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related construction/project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

The team delivers ground-up and large-scale commercial construction projects across markets including manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution/warehouse, data centers, and advanced technology facilities.
