Under the General Manager, you will help oversee operations, schedules, coaching, and health and safety standards while fostering a fun, family atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Uphold health inspections and a family-friendly environment.
