Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team. You will support the General Manager, boost performance, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and a strong guest-first culture in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for someone with retail or automotive management experience who thrives on coaching and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear communication skills (written & verbal).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
