Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you love coaching people, solving problems, and building a winning store culture, you’ll feel right at home in this hands-on leadership role.

You’ll open/close, manage cash and inventory, recruit and coach staff, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Basic math skills and ability to use computers.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using service standards while performing duties.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away.
