Job summary

California Bathrooms is hiring a Call Center Service Associate to join our San Diego team. You’ll be the first contact for homeowners, turning inquiries into qualified appointments for our sales team.

We offer $22–$30 per hour plus commissions. You’ll be evaluated on speed-to-lead, appointment rate and CRM accuracy, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or appointment setting environments.
• Comfortable guiding conversations and asking questions to uncover remodeling needs.
• Able to follow scripts and lead-generation processes.
• Experience with CRM and lead-tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound homeowner calls.
• Call new leads after receipt and qualify them.
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for sales team.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes in CRM and keep lead status updated.
• Follow call scripts and lead-setting procedures.
• Communicate with sales and management about issues.
