Responsibilities

• Understand resident needs and match them to available apartments.
• Ensure curb appeal and ready tours each morning to provide a positive experience.
• Follow up on leads to set appointments and tour prospects.
• Tour and close prospects to generate leases.
• Process applications and prepare lease packages & renewals.
• Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met.
• Market and manage social media for the community.
