Qualifications

• Illinois Leasing License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand resident needs and match them to apartment options.
• Prepare tours to showcase our product and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on leads to set appointments.
• Tour prospects and close leases.
• Process applications, lease packages and renewals.
• Conduct move-in orientations and fulfill move-in requirements.
• Market and manage social media for the community.
