MAXX Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Baker Tower in Denver, CO and Meridian Garden Apartments. You will split time between two communities, welcoming residents, showing units, and delivering an outstanding leasing experience from tour to move-in day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and organized.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred.
• Ultimate team-player.

Responsibilities

• Handle apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention.
• Generate and manage traffic; qualify prospects and show apartments.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and procedures.
