Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present property features.
• Collect deposits and process applications for future residents.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showing and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, and community policies.
• Provide excellent customer service using appropriate sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with locator services and local businesses for information materials.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitive property shopping.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances at the property.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
