RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a multifamily property on-site, leading staff, driving leasing and operational performance, and ensuring strong resident relations.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-family property management, solid leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; flexible schedule and onsite work are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software

Responsabilidades

• Leads property staff, overseeing onboarding, training, candidates interviews, and performance reviews
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR
• Conduct ongoing training for leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations
• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building activities
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variance analysis
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly
• Collaborate with maintenance for timely response to service requests
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of resident service
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court proceedings as needed
• Manage owner relationships through meetings, tours, updates, and requests
