Job summary

Dramatic Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator for its 21st CCLC program at Citrus Elementary in New York. The role supports before- and after-school activities, supervises staff, tracks attendance, and ensures grant fidelity and student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (associates preferred), classroom management skills, and the ability to work with grades K–8; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized work style with strong record-keeping.
• 2 years of child care experience and ability to work with children in grades K–8.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Able to clear a level 2 background check and dependable with transportation.
• Director’s Credential or willingness to obtain as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level coordination and administration of all academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18.
• Deliver high-quality academic support and enrichment activities aligned with grant goals and student outcomes.
• Supervise program staff and students to ensure a safe, well-managed environment during before- and after-school sessions.
• Collaborate with school personnel to align programming with student needs and progress.
• Manage attendance, data collection, and reporting to meet grant requirements and performance metrics.
