Job summary

Dramatic Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator at Conway Elementary to oversee before- and after-school academic and enrichment programming in alignment with 21st CCLC goals. You will supervise staff, coordinate with teachers and families, manage attendance and reporting, and ensure grant fidelity.

The role is grant-funded, with an hourly rate of $22 and full-time/part-time options. Prior experience with school-age programs and a director credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• 2 years child care experience.
• Classroom management skills.
• Able to work with children in grades K-8.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Able to clear a level 2 background check.
• Must have Director’s Credential or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level coordination, implementation, and administration of all academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18.
• Deliver high-quality academic support and enrichment activities aligned with 21st CCLC goals.
• Supervise program staff and students to ensure a safe, well-managed environment.
• Collaborate with school-day teachers and staff to align programming with student needs.
• Manage attendance, data collection, and reporting to ensure grant compliance.
• Lead program planning Monday through Friday, coordinating instruction and enrichment.
• Prepare engaging learning environments and organize materials for daily operations.
• Coordinate enrichment and cultural opportunities to increase engagement.
