Assignments cover STEM, coding, digital arts, fine arts, games, cooking, sports, study skills, and tutoring. Compensation is per instructional hour, with rolling start dates based on partner schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, or community settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans, curriculum, or activities.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation and adapt to varying ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout sessions.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education regarding attendance and scheduling.
• Follow school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for sessions.
