Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and learning styles.
• Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
• Communicate professionally with designated school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow all applicable school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional sessions.
