Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience with children or adolescents in schools or camps.
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare sessions using lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation across ages and abilities.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management.
• Communicate with school personnel and Concorde Education partners.
• Follow school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
