Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors from diverse educational, creative, technical, athletic, and professional backgrounds to provide instructional services as independent contractors.

Assignments vary by school and may include STEM, coding, digital arts, fine arts, sports, study skills, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience)
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans or instructor-developed activities.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
