Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year or more of childcare experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background checks and drug test
• Willing to complete FBI background clearance process
• Strong safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and supervise children aged 3–14 years in program activities
• Engage with children on playground, monitor safety, and report incidents
• Assist with homework as determined by school
• Maintain a fun, safe, and healthy classroom and playground environment
• Lead and create group activities to reinforce learning and social/emotional skills
• Interact positively with team members and parents
• Support children in resolving conflicts and developing independence
