Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a related field or a Master’s Degree with at least 18 graduate credits in related field.
• Minimum of one year of full‑time teaching experience, or the equivalent as an adjunct instructor.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned by designated supervisor.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with approved course objectives.
• Develop and submit course outlines and syllabi to supervisor.
• Assist in development of measurable course objectives and plans.
• Foster professional relationships with students and staff and encourage communication.
• Maintain accurate course records and complete required forms.
• Be available for student consultation.
• Assist in recruitment of students as appropriate.
• Assist in curriculum evaluation and instructional performance where agreed.
• Represent the college professionally in the community.
• Engage in professional development as required for credentialing.
