Qualifications

• Masters degree in a specific field or Masters with 18 graduate credits in related field.
• Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong background in pedagogy, technology use, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned by the supervisor.
• Develop and submit lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Create and submit course outlines and syllabi for review.
• Develop measurable course objectives and plans.
• Build professional relationships with students and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with advising and registration.
• Be available for student consultations and recruitment as appropriate.
• Assist in curriculum evaluation and program assessment.
