Qualifications

Must have nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
L&D-specific certification or plan to obtain within six months.
Two years NICU Level III experience with neonatal ventilator.
AZ RN license; CPR; ACLS as applicable by facility/department.
ER/ICU/Endoscopy/Tele/Cath Lab/L&D: ACLS required upon orientation; PALS/ENPC within 90 days; NRP upon orientation; Wound/Ostomy certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit.
Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and direct bedside nursing activities.
Assess patient needs and set patient population-specific outcome goals.
Implement orders and supervise other healthcare staff; participate in hourly rounding.
