Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current California license as a PTA.
• BLS (AHA) current certification.
• Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy modalities and interventions as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Performs patient care activities under PT supervision and supports discharge planning.
• Gathers data, reviews records and communicates goals with the health care team.
