Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or completed relevant certification program.
• Active ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare electronic record systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multidisciplinary teams.

• Design, plan, and execute monthly activity calendars and events.
• Create diverse programs for residents and staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule Recreation Department staff.
