Qualifications

• Solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
• 3 – 5 Years of experience in accounting or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Code and process vendor AP invoices with accuracy.
• Balance vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process client billings and cash receipts.
• Post tenant expenses and rents; maintain property expense binders.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close.
