Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Dyeing/Kuster Lead to support the Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shift. The role focuses on training and quality improvement, relieving the supervisor as needed, and maintaining knowledge of all Kuster jobs to cover absences or downtime.

You will verify procedures, operate dyeing lines, inspect dyed rolls, and perform data entry and close-outs while ensuring a safe, efficient production environment. Leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass the Munsell Color Test.
• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Verify procedures by observation to ensure all line jobs are performed correctly.
• Assist with dyeing operations including greige lay-up, tanks, lines, and valves.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to line personnel.
• Line up production by speed groups and color sequencing.
• Fill in for supervisor when needed and maintain clean work areas.
