Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dye operators, overseeing work and ensuring output quality.
• Operate dye machines to color fabrics according to specs and dye formulas.
• Monitor product development trials throughout the facility.
• Maintain records of dye formulas and production logs, timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with planning, production, lab, customer service, and shipping.
