Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in textile manufacturing or processing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for interpreting setup sheets and SOPs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dye operators, overseeing their work and ensuring output quality meets standards.
• Operate dye machines to color fabrics according to specifications and dye formulas.
• Monitor and facilitate product development trials within the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of dye formulas and production logs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with planning, production, lab, customer service, and shipping to ensure clear communication of material and product development information.
