Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Dye Operator to safely and efficiently process additive manufacturing parts through the dyeing sequence. You will work in a two-person team, covering preparation, dyeing, rinsing, drying, inspection, documentation, and packaging while following standard work and procedures.

Responsibilities include operating dye tanks and washers, maintaining bath parameters, ensuring quality, and keeping thorough batch records.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow Standard Work and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate dyeing, rinsing, drying, and packaging steps according to SOPs.
• Verify dye bath parameters and perform bath refreshes as needed.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and traceability.
• Ensure color consistency and surface quality of parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns promptly.
