Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Dye Operator to safely and efficiently process additive manufacturing parts through the dyeing operation, while maintaining quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will work in a two-person production team and be cross-trained in all stages of the dye process.

Responsibilities include preparing, dyeing, rinsing, drying, inspecting, documenting, and packaging, following Standard Work and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or related experience preferred.
• Solid technical attributes and attention to detail.
• Able to follow work instructions and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Process production work orders using FIFO.
• Load, wash, prepare, dye, rinse, dry, inspect, and package parts per Standard Work.
• Verify dye bath parameters and perform bath refreshes as needed.
• Operate washers, dye tanks, rinse stations, and drying equipment safely.
• Maintain batch documentation and traceability.
• Inspect parts for color consistency and surface quality.
• Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns.
