Job summary

Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a manufacturing production line, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role involves directing daily activities, monitoring processes, and mentoring line staff to maintain standard work practices.

Candidate should have 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience and knowledge of Lean/5S. The position is on-site with full-time hours and attractive employee benefits.

Position Summary

Leads and motivates team quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed within a manufacturing production line environment. Arranges daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and timely delivery.

Position Responsibilities

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Strong leadership capability and experience
• Strong manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing understanding)
• General computer skills (Email, Excel)

Position Qualifications

• Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Production/Manufacturing environment
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
