Atlassian is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive technical evaluation and solution design across the sales cycle in the United States. Qualifications

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-stakes client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Evaluations: Partner with Account Executives to drive all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including POCs and Pilots.
• Discovery and Strategy: Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and goals.
• Consultative Questioning: Ask detailed questions to uncover client engineering processes and tooling.
• Solution Design: Propose tailored technical solutions for API integrations with client workflows.
• Trusted Advisory: Guide clients on deployment methodologies and analytics integrations.
• Feedback Loop: Synthesize technical feedback to inform product roadmap priorities.
