Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a DMS Digital QA Analyst to plan, execute, and support QA for Dealer Management System software. You will work with product owners, developers, and IT teams to define testing strategies and drive quality across features, integrations, and releases.

You will draft and run test plans, execute tests, manage defects, and contribute to automation efforts while aligning with QA standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 8–10 years of related professional experience.
• Quality Assurance certification is a plus (e.g., CSTE, CSQA).

Responsibilities

• Draft test plans, test cases, scripts, and reports for digital platforms.
• Execute test plans and cases across web/mobile apps.
• Isolate, reproduce, log, track, and verify defects.
• Prepare data sets to test logic and workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure acceptance criteria are testable.
