Job summary

212 Visual is seeking an experienced LED Installation & Service Technician to join our Indianapolis-area team. This role combines hands-on DVLED installation with ongoing service and support responsibilities across North America.

Based in the Indianapolis area with travel across the United States, the successful candidate will install, configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot DVLED video wall systems, work with processors and control systems, and contribute to warranty support and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial AV installation experience with significant DVLED experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience installing Direct View LED video walls.
• Strong understanding of LED display technologies (SMD, COB, GOB, HOB, MIP).
• Experience with pixel pitch selection, viewing distances, brightness requirements, and LED application design considerations.
• Knowledge of video signal distribution, EDID management, scaling, color processing, and display calibration.
• Familiarity with processors and control systems such as NovaStar, Brompton, Colorlight, Megapixel, and VX Series.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission DVLED video wall systems per manufacturer specs.
• Assemble and align mounting systems, wall structures, and support frameworks.
• Perform LED panel installation, calibration, testing, and acceptance verification.
• Configure and commission LED video wall processors and control systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and visual performance issues.
• Provide field service, maintenance, and warranty support.
