Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking an experienced Project Engineer II to lead DirectView LED (DVLED) installations in field environments. You will serve as the on-site technical authority, guiding system integration partners from site visits to final sign-off while ensuring LG's quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams, solving complex challenges, optimizing workflows, and mentoring installation crews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on DVLED installation experience.
• Knowledge of DVLED technology, mounting systems, and handling.
• Familiarity with NovaStar and Megapixel LED controllers and system config.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Visio.
• Ability to read electrical, A/V, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site DVLED installations as LG's technical authority.
• Coordinate with System Integration Partners to stay on schedule.
• Train installation teams and LG personnel for successful execution.
• Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and system issues.
• Ensure site readiness, safety, and BOM verification.
• Document progress with daily status reports and technical findings.
• Provide product insights to influence next-gen DVLED improvements.
• Represent LG at industry events with technical expertise.
