Job summary
212 Visual, located in the Indianapolis area, seeks an experienced LED Installation & Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, and support DVLED video wall systems across North America. The role combines hands-on field work with warranty service, training, and ongoing technical support for partners and customers.
The successful candidate will work with LED display technologies, mounting systems, and video processors, traveling extensively and collaborating with engineering,
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial AV installation experience with DVLED focus.
- Hands-on experience installing Direct View LED video walls.
- Knowledge of LED display technologies and mounting/processing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission DVLED video wall systems per specifications.
- Assemble LED mounting systems and support structures.
- Calibrate, test, and verify LED panels and video processors.
- Configure LED processors and control systems; troubleshoot issues.
- Provide remote or on-site technical support and warranty service.
- Create installation documentation and service reports.
- Train customers and partners on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure installations meet safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations.
