Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an experienced Project Engineer II to lead on-site DVLED installations, guiding system integration partners from site visit to final sign-off. You will be LG's technical authority in the field, solving real-time challenges and ensuring every project meets LG's high-quality standards.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, apply cutting-edge LED technologies, and travel up to 75% to install and support large-format displays in diverse

Qualifications

• EET or equivalent technical certification required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on DVLED installation experience.
• Proficiency with DVLED technology and mounting systems.
• Experience with NovaStar and Megapixel display control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret A/V, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive Project Success by coordinating with Project Managers and partners to keep installations on schedule.
• Train Installation Teams on installation and product operation.
• Serve as LG's primary on-site technical liaison between customers, sales, vendors and partners.
• Solve Complex Challenges with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ensure Site Readiness by evaluating environments for safety and readiness.
• Validate Project Materials, BOMs, and shipping documents before installation.
• Capture Project Progress with daily reports and updates.
• Champion Product Innovation by providing technical insights for DVLED improvements.
• Represent LG at Industry Events with technical expertise and setup.
• Provide Remote Technical Support when on-site support is not required.
