Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• 40-Hours of Domestic Violence Training from CPEDV.
• Experience working with individuals in crisis or unstable housing.
• Knowledge of resources available to homeless and low-income residents of San Francisco.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and services to survivors of domestic violence and related gender-based violence.
• Conduct Coordinated Entry Housing Assessments for survivors.
• Enter required data in Salesforce and HOPE System within 24 hours.
• Triage clients and coordinate referrals to housing and support services.
• Engage clients with trauma-informed, client-centered approaches and problem-solving.
• Attend housing conferences and support program managers with data/reporting.
