Job summary

HHS Aviation, LLC is seeking an Aircraft Appearance Manager to lead the airport appearance operations team at our Hartford-area facility. You will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and customer service to ensure top-notch aircraft presentation and on-time departures.

You will recruit and train staff, enforce safety standards, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture while coordinating with airlines and security teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of management experience.
• Extensive airport operational experience.
• Budgetary and financial responsibilities knowledge.
• Knowledge of FAA and OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR where applicable.
• Must pass a drug test and background check and obtain airport security clearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Relocation for promotion opportunities is a plus.
