Qualifications

• Required: Python, SQL, ETL/Data Processing, APIs & File Integration, Git/GitHub, Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: AI/LLM & NLP basics, Pandas + Polars, Document Intelligence Tools.
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, customs compliance, or international trade concepts.
• Experience with large datasets and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Validation: collect and consolidate import/export data from internal systems and partners, validate for accuracy and compliance, reconcile records.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: map current processes, develop SOPs, identify bottlenecks and data quality issues, propose improvements.
• Automation & Reporting: develop automated data extraction, cleansing, validation and reporting; create dashboards and tracking tools using Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Vendors to gather requirements and present findings.
