Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
• Experience with high level reporting/database software – PowerBI, Tableau.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• GPA minimum 3.0 (not just in major).
• US-based enrolled student at an accredited four-year college.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours prior to application.
• On-site, full-time (40 hours/week).
• Unofficial transcript must be attached.
• Must pass substance abuse test before work term.
• Work term dates: January 11 – May 14, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report data in a uniform, usable format.
• Enhance and improve dashboards for KPI visibility.
• Review and analyze data sources and dashboard formats.
• Update work instructions describing dashboard usage.
• Present process improvements to the department.
• Advance digitalized reporting within the department.
• Update KPI work instructions to reflect new processes.
