Job summary

Pursuing a relevant engineering, business, or Lean degree with interest in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with local team to identify process gaps and implement process improvements to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and development.
Manage lean transformation activities and projects at a plant.
Collaborate with automation team to optimize processes before automation and justify automation projects.
Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen/Impact Events through all stages of improvement.
Coach team members on applying Lean tools and methodologies for sustainable benefits.
Establish performance measures and regularly report progress to site leadership.
