You will deliver first-class support via chat, email, and phone, handling Dutch-language queries, troubleshooting playback, and guiding users through subscription options and content access.

The role requires native or fluent Dutch, strong English, and a passion for digital media.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Proficient in English (working language).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in high-volume customer service or support roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer support via chat, email, and phone for a leading streaming platform.
Assist users with technical troubleshooting regarding streaming quality, connectivity, and playback issues.
Manage account inquiries, including billing, subscription tiers, and content accessibility concerns.
Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented communication in Dutch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report recurring technical trends and improve the overall streaming user journey.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to guide subscribers through the platform’s features and latest content releases.
Adhere to security and privacy guidelines to protect user data within the streaming ecosystem.
