Job summary

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Dutch Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. You will deliver outstanding support to clients in Dutch and other languages via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have fluency in Dutch and an additional language, plus experience in customer service. You will document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with teams, and participate in ongoing training to improve product

Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch and at least one additional language, written and spoken.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver support to clients in Dutch and other languages via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries and product information.
Resolve issues and manage complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge.
